Hello

I use rotary buffer and white polishing pad(lake country VC 7")

When using swirl remover 2.0, the product sometimes get's GUMMY and sticky and starts to smudge all over the place.

Am I using too much product or am I using too high a speed?

This can be a real pain in the arse. It is very hard to remove once this happens.

Should I slightly wet the pad first?

I set the rotary at 1800-2000 rpm with moderate pressure and slowly decrease pressure as product begins to buff out

Your help

Sometime M09 Swirl Remover 2.0 can be gummy when you're using it. Here are three suggestions to help you with this product, and the first one is important.

* Clean your pad often, either with a nylon brush or by holding a clean terry cloth towel agaisnt the pad while bringing your rpms up to speed. Both of these will remove any excess product from your pad.

* Cut down on the amount of product you're using

* Try turning your speed to 1200 and 1500 rpm's

I couldnt agree more, I think the biggest issue may be the speed.

Hey,

I also agree. I too would lower the speed to ~1300 RPM. :)
