The post did not include all of what I was going to ask, and that is: will repeated coats or layers of a ceramic coating eventually begin to flake or peel like an old clear coat? Having already used Meguiars Hybrid Ceramic Wax per instructions, and because I have not yet applied a maintenance layer, I have no worries about any type of flaking or peeling...yet. Hi Firepro,

Hybrid Ceramic Wax is not going to flake or peel with repeated use, whatsoever. No issue.
