I was trying to order from the e-store tonight, but noticed there is no way to add an item to a cart, or to place an order. Anyone know why this is occurring? Thanks for the assistance, I hope to place an order soon!

It was down for appx. 2 weeks (they changed it) til this past Friday. But it only stayed up for around 24 hours. Hopefully it will be back up sometime Monday (...some of us had saved carts).

I don't know a lot about what's going on behind the scenes except that Meguiars.com has been switching over to new technology/software and with the move some bugs have popped up. I do know that it is being given extreme priority.

Best thing to do for now is to either call Customer Care with any concerns or problems 1-800-347-5700 or be patient as the bugs are worked out.

Just curious........How do most of you guys pay for your online orders?

Are you talking about the Meguiar's online store? Because I don't think there is any other way than credit card there. There are some online stores that accept PayPal. I always use a credit card.

I rarely order anything online, but when I did, I used a debit card, since I have no major credit card like Visa, etc.

I guess a DC is not the best way to do business online.

Now the site is back up...says it's powered by Oracle...which COMPLETELY explains why they had so much trouble bringing it up! :rofl:
