Can you use #38 on the interior?

I would not use #38 on interior plastics. There are better products to use on the on the interior of a vehicle.

Yes.

You can use M38 for rubber, plastic and vinyl. A good area to use products like our M38 is on the rubber door gaskets as well as trunk gaskets to flexible and looking new.

I love #38 on the door gaskets; just do not do apply it to them in freezing temperatures. Ask me how I know!
