Re: Help for an old timer

Ok. Thanks. Have to use up the White Wax so I will alternate between Utlimate Paste Wax and White Wax then.

Re: Help for an old timer

I meant ultimate paste wax or ultimate liquid wax. UW is a sealant as it is synthetic. Ultimate Quik Wax is a synthetic spray wax. It won't be as durable

    Re: Help!!

Sunscreen lotion as well as natural body oil can cause this cloudy haze.
Now that you clean it, give Meguiars Ultimate Black a try.

By ultimate wax, did you mean ultimate quik wax?

Re: Help for an old timer

First off you don't need to be waxing once a month if you are using ultimate wax. It is a sealant and designed to last longer than a traditional carnauba

    Thanks @drumdan

What about speed settings on the TORQX (1 thru 6)? Spread it on low and bump it up after? Do I need to work it in

Re: Questions on D300 and D302 Usage

Most if not all Meguiar's products can be applied by hand or machine. The tool you have is often referred to as a wax spreader. It won't do much in

Re: WeatherTech floor mats or another brand?

I definitely liked the ones I had. Approximately 200 bucks for floor mats isn't cheap but I'll spend it as an investment in keeping the car in good shape

Thanks for the reply! I'll test the D302 first and see what the results are.

Today I compounded and waxed the tailgate and front end, and sanded and painted the B pillar trim. I'm really happy with how this is turning out.

Re: Questions on D300 and D302 Usage

You won't damage the paint by hand, or with the 10" Orbital.

You might want to start with a test spot of the D302. That might be strong

Hi Guys & Gals, being rather new to Meguiar's products and having a TORQX DA Polisher with Hex Logic pads, (if anyone is familiar with) I am hoping someone can offer suggestions regarding pad usage. I will be using UP followed by ULW on a new car finish. Already mildly clayed & compounded with...
