    You have received a great recommendation re: not repainting the entire panel. On the flip side, touch up paint is challenging & often never perfect.

    If you take isopropyl alcohol, dispense a liberal amount onto a microfiber towel, and then rub the face of the headlight, & repeat, this will remove.

    The Goo Gone Automotive Specific Formula has worked well for me in the past. Always a good idea to neutralize surface with a pH balanced car wash soap

    you could try to use mineral spirits on it thoroughly and then hit it with a quick surface prep. That would remove most of anything that is on there before

    Surface prep has been working out really well for me. However with that said... I have been using mineral spririts thoroughly first and then a quick wipe
