I know that this polisher is the base for the Meguiar's G100A ..........DA (polisher ). I am concern that the back plate will not come with the threaded shaft that will work the Porter Cable branded polisher. Can anyone confirm this?

yes it will fit the Porter Cable 7424, its the same combo I have.Brandon
