Thanks for another great class Mike - I keep learning, gaining more knowledge and looking forward to using that on my own cars.

Get some of the pictures up here!! There was a real intersting mix of cars out yesterday, especially the Cadillac pictured above. A totally original, unrestored survivor. Just amazing!

This is an all original, 1933 Cadillac in pristine condition, as though it just rolled off the assembly line...

Our demonstration car for the class was the beautifully restored 1957 Thunderbird.

              Wow.

Mike...can you post some of the different paints you saw, conditions and approaches you took toward maintenance? I'm sure these vintage paints require different approaches than modern paints with their factory clearcoats.

The Fallbrook Vintage Car Club plus a few extra guests including Paul aka the other pc, (seated on far left), John aka fatchance, (standing next to Paul), and over on the far right side is Josh, aka tripmachine...

We also had a very special guest, Tan Tay Shyan, from WAC fame, (Wash A Car), all the way from Bangkok, Thailand!

                  Fallbrook Event

                  Mike,

excellent job, very first rate and, informative class. We learned a great deal of things we were doing wrong.

My hat is off to you sir.

I tried some of the techniques you taught and tried them on the spot on the right front fender, and low and behold after a couple times, the spot polished out, cannot wait to do the whole car and, hopefully be able to something with the bottoms of the doors,

Would love to come to another class and learn more about using machines and, color sanding.

                  Thanks again for everything!

                  Eric and Linda Voigt

                    Hi Eric,

It was a fun class with an energetic group of people! We really appreciate that you took the time and extra effort to bring your beautiful 1933 Cadillac to Meguiar's for the event!

Just so everyone knows, Eric and his wife Linda brought their all original 1933 Cadillac in a special car hauling trailer to protect it during the trip, then unloaded it out of the trailer for everyone to see and enjoy and also to work on while it was here...

Classic cars like this Cadillac are quite large compared to modern cars and while it could be parked completely in the garage it had to hang out just a little so we could walk around the front to get from side to side.

There was a nice selection of some very nice cars on hand for the day including this very sanitary 1956 Chevrolet Belair. Behind it you can see Josh's 350Z, (Josh - aka tripmachine)

It was good to meet you Josh, you have a very nice car and I'm confident it will always sparkle better than new under your care.

Until you get her all polished out and find a better background for a photo here's an Avatar for you...

One gentleman brought this 1965 Alfa Romeo... you don't see one of these very often...

I'm not sure what these tabs represented but it's always interesting how different car companies would decorate and adorn their car bodies... this little pin was located on the side of the hood...
