Has this happened to anyone? Any suggestions for a fix?

Soak the assembly in warm water.
Will the tube come out of the spray head? If so, pull it apart and soak the pieces this way...should help loosen things faster.
Do you have anything thin enough to get in the tube and pick out any of the wax without actually breaking the tube? i.e. toothpickSee the big picture, enjoy the details -
warm or hot water soaking will work to disolve this. If you ar e in a hurry you can get a long wire and run it through the tube to unclog it. Because the product is a spray wax this can happen if it sits for long periods of time. If you know you are not going to be using it. Give it a good shake from time to time to keep it from settling.
