  • *BLACK MALIBU EXTREME MAKEOVER*

This black chevrolet malibu belongs to my sister in law she's 3 months pregnant and she was having problems with her baby so she was in bed for this past 3 months and of course her car was too, but thank God she's out of danger and she's allowed to drive again so I gave her car a little makeover as a little present.
Here are a little bird presents

Well I don't know how many of you clean behind the tires, but It's that little details that gives the final result a

Here are my brushes for cleaning the wheels I prefer to use them without the handle. And I bought a little seat, it saves a lot of effort being seated in front of the tires
    *X1010 Versa angle tire brush*
*X1020 Versa angle Wheel face brush*
*X1160 Ultra safe Wheel spoke brush*

    After cleaning them.

You can even see the RH letters

I use endurance gel with a 100 % Nylon brush
*G7516 Gold class Endurance High gloss*

    Half endurance

now, I think that's the first time I've seen tire dressing applied with a nylon brush. What are the advantages?

    looks great, btw!

Well first for me the advantages are : 1.- NO mess 2.- Since the nylon don't absorb much product you apply the gel very easy.
3.- You can clean the brush fast with Dawn if you want.

        *G12664 NXT Generationâ„¢ Car Wash*
        *X1030 Versa-Angle Body Brush*

You can see my car in the background.

The nylon brush for the tire gell is a wonderful idea. Will do that next time.

Why are there wire ties on the wheels?

Good job. I'll have to try the nylon brush idea too, when school's out that is.

and to answer bene vita good eye that is supposed to prevent the thiefs from stealing the wheel covers but I think if they want to steal them they are going to do it anyway. A good scissors and presto.

                        The hood pictures

A zoom of the previous swirls.

                        Half and half.

The little white lines in the hood I think are clear coat failure.

Yep, those little lines do look like the beginning of clear coat failure. Next, they will start to form right angles with one another and then finally clusters.

The FINAL pictures, unfortunately the sun already went down but that always happen to me that's why I took my time with all the previous before and afters. You are welcome Newport viper but you know It's actually fun seeing how the car is being transformed and to organize the correct pictures to tell the history.

another picture of my car slipped by
