April is Natioinal Car Care Month and today the KTLA Morning News crew will broadcasting live from BMW of Riverside at 3060 Adams Street in Riverside, California on the topic of car care and Meguiar's has been invited to help share our knowledge on a wide spectrum of car care topics!

If you're in the KTLA viewing area, turn on your T.V. and check it out as Mike Pennington, Ash Erickson and Mike Phillips offer car care advice for local car enthusiasts at BMW of Riverside today starting at 7:00 am and going until noon!

I caught, quite by accident, the very first bit of this but had to get to some meetings so I missed almost all of it. I did see the illustrious Mr. Phillips in the background massaging a BWM with a microfiber.

I have to tell you though.....when they first said that they were going to do a piece on car finish maintenance I though sarcastically "oh, this ought to be good" because this sort of thing on the new is usually pretty lame. But when they cut to Gail Anderson (field reporter for you non-SoCal types) and she said "the guys from Meguiar's will be talking....." I changed my mind to "oh, this really WILL be good!!"

Really bummed that I had to miss it. Dang. Guess I'll just to attend more Wednesday night open garage sessions, or another Saturday session.

It was pretty fun to go there and be a part of it today, Mike Pennington was Gail's sidekick and they went over some myths and tips for car care and made if fun for the TV audience.

Gail is a hoot! I met her when I used to work out at the beach.

Anybody get a recording (that they'd be willing to make a copy of, loan out, or have a goofball with a bad memory come over and watch)?
