As usual, we have selected one of the members' car as a show car for this sort of event. The owner of this car had brought this car to the Sepang International F1 Circuit several times. This results in plenty of stonechips and scratches on the paintwork. The following steps had been done to restore the paintwork of this Energy Orange Proton Gen2 to near perfect condition.

    M85/W4000/RB
    M83/W8006/RB
    M80/W8006/RB
    M82/W9006/RB
    M21/W9006/DA

More pictures and writeups will be posted after the event being held!

Mike! It was really fun and educational for such event. I think I should be the one who attends your classes in Irvine.

Slightly different from the past detailing clinics, we have selected one of the members' car for demonstrating proper washing technique.

The car hasn't been washed for months...

              Disgusting...

              Ouch!

The car was driven out from the washing bay to the detailing bay. It's time for a proper drying with Microfiber Super Suede Drying Towel...

Members were asked to feel the surface bonded contaminants with a plastic wrapper. I guess he was laughing at the owner...

Mist Quick Detailer over the surface and clay it...

This is just after a single pass...

We recommended Scratch-X for hand application...

Sealing up with NXT Paste Wax...

This is the owner trying to buff away the wax...

The owner preferred to show his face via the reflection...
