Ahh Thanks Gb, Being a NooB here and seeing all the.. i use #83 with # 6 etc I was tempted to post a question like,
What Number is What product? But then I saw the sticky here and said Yess..

Sure would be nice to print out the FAQ all at once. What a great reference tool!. Anybody have an idea how to do this without printing each subject seperately?

Not sure if this will work but if you copy and past in to a word doc. you might be able to get what you are looking for.

1: Highlight what you want to print
2: Click on "File" then on "Print"
3: Under the print menu, where it has the option to print all, pages, or selection, click "Selection"
4: Hit "print"

AHHHHH....

None of the links work now???? I was a little worried about that when I saw Meguiars.com was going to be down for a makeover.

Mike P. or anyone at Megs is there a fix for this or do I have to edit all the links?

The links need a slight mod to work.

Replace the "store_meguiars" string with "estore".

Hi gb387,

Here's a new one for the list...

After working on a Lotus Elise yesterday, I coined an new acronym,

TOGS - The Other Guy's Splatter

TOGS is when you go to detail a car and after you have inspected the car, (and before you have even started to work on it), you discover splatter from a previous detailers shoddy work.

Such as this,



Always document this with a photo and point it out to the owner. Make sure they are aware of it before you work on their car so they don't blame you later on.

We did our best to remove it of course, and then we treated it with Meguiar's new Trim Detailer. Here's a finished shot...
