#21 is great. I got a sample from mike a little over a year ago and have been hooked since. Application and removal is so easy, my favorite of the waxes meguiars makes. Good to hear they are making it in a 16oz. I bought a JUG of #21 a few months ago when my sample ran out. Good value but more than I could ever go through on my own, I have just been giving a lot of it away to friends.

You can apply #21 by hand but it doesn't seem to spread as thin as it does on a pc

It's "On the floor", a term that means it's in the warehouse ready to ship. Call your favorite retailer, or stop by their store with this thread printed out and and order some. Then it's just a matter of shipping time. The more people walk into stores with the first page of this thread printed out and show it to the counter person and say,

"Would you order this in for me?"

the faster it will become a stocked time at the retail level.
