  • Billet sealer?

How about a product like Zoop's billet aluminum sealer? That stuff is really expensive! I think you folks could come out with a product that is just as good yet significantly more affordable.

Our NXT All Metal Polysh leaves behind a polymer coating that slows down and prevents corrosion. I'm not sure the Zoops does anything more than this but I can check.

The Zoop's is claimed to be a sealer , not a polish, they state you have to polish the item first before using the sealer. They also state you will not need to polish the part for up to three years after using it.They say the pores in the part are sealed up , thus not prone to corrode after that. It's a good product but costs about 125.00 for their larger pack. Not cheap by any stretch of the imagination.

Might as well get the wheels clearcoated! Of course you will probably have to take them off the car for that.

Never used Zoop but it has received good reviews. Most factory aluminum wheels are clearcoated so Zoop is usually only necessary for aftermarket wheels.

I've got a lot of billet engine parts and clearcoat isn't really an option for the heat generated.
