It usually means there's something wrong with the file name.
Remember, vbulletin and PhotoPost are not a Microsoft Windows software, you cannot use file names like this,
my photo.jpg (notice the space)
YOu cannot have spaces.
This will work,
myphoto.jpg
There are other reasons that will cause you problems, I have to go offline now for meetings the rest of the day so I'll look back into this thread when I get back online.
