I have a light colored interior headliner that feels felt-like. What kind of procedure would I use to keep this clean/maintained?

I say if it looks clean, leave it alone. Maybe a lint roller at most.
If it gets a dirty spot, then get a good terry cloth towel, and some All Purpose Cleaner or Heavy Duty Carpet and Interior Cleaner. Spray some on the towel, and dab the spot/area until it is gone.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue
