Detailed: 2001 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew

Hello all,

This is my brother's 2001 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew and, I decided to detail it as his going away to college present. It is in pretty good condition considering it has been outside 24/7 for about 3 years now, due to other cars being in the garage. The paint was a little rough and there were some swirls in it from when he washes it (uses old mitts and dish washing detergent). It looks really good now, but the pictures don't really show it, I'll try to upload new ones tomorrow. I didn't get any before pictures because I started so early the pictures turned out horrible, becuase lack of sunlight.

Here is my process and products used:
1) Wash Wheels with Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner
2) Wash Body with Gold Class Shampoo & Conditioner
3) Dry
4) Clay entire car w/Quik Clay Kit
5) Applied Deep Crystal System Paint Cleaner w/High Tech Applicator Pad
6)Applied Deep Crystal System Polish w/High Tech Applicator Pad
7) Applied Deep Crystal System Carnauba Wax w/High Tech Applicator Pad
8) Applied Gold Class Liquid Wax w/High Tech Applicator Pad

Tires are dressed with Hot Shine High Gloss Tire Coating.

Trim Interior/Exterior and Engine is dressed with Gold Class Vinyl/Rubber Protectant

Looks great, nice work. And it was all by hand!

Get your brother a quality car wash soap like NXT Generation Car Wash or Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo & Conditioner, NOT dish soap to wash the truck. I would hate to have all that work you did removed by a dish soap.

I use Gold Class, but everything I have for car washing I have earned, so he doesn't use it. I would like him to use it but he always washes it without me knowing, ahhhhh!!!

He's going away to college so it's all mine know
