The VW Logo on my steering wheel has a lot of scratches on it.
I have already tried with Plast-X, but no luck - it seems to have made even a few more scratches.
The problem is the material I guess. The logo is entirely plastic, part of it being "chrome like" (feeling smooth, but soft, mirror effect), part of it is slightly rough, grey plastic. The scratches are only visible on the "chrome" part.
Any ideas?
Should I try ScratchX on it?
How important is it to use a terry cloth with Plast-X (I used an old but clean cotton shirt)?
Thank you for any advice!
