Here's some reflection shots of the passenger's door after buffing out the stains and applying the NXT Tech Wax.

    Here's another,

    and one more,

These after photo's have a little bit of a blue hue to them, to me this indicates that I didn't do a white balance before taking the shots. It was also late into the day, after 5:00pm I think and the sun was setting.

In reality, the paint is back to it's normal black color. Perhaps the owner can upload, or e-mail me a photo that shows the results in better light.

Also note in the last photo above, if you look towards the top of the door, you can still see some of the staining. I didn't spend much time in this area moslty because it was a very busy day and I had a lot of members that wanted to bring their trucks in for some detailing work. Mostly I buffed around the door lock just to see if it could be fixed without repainting.

I don't remember how many trucks we worked on in total, I do know that as fast as one would pull out, another would pull in.

Here two guys go after the bonded contaminants using Meguiar's Clay bars and Quik Detailer.

After claying the finish, a single coat of NXT Tech Wax was applied using the G-100 dual action polisher. The truck was then pulled out into the sun for inspection...

Here a club member can be seen removing NXT Tech Wax using a microfiber polishing cloth after first removing many of the swirls and scratches using the G-100 and #83 DACP.

As he pulls his truck out of the garage you can easily see the high gloss results...

Here one young man demonstrates just how easy the G-100 is to use as he buffs out the hood of his truck using only one hand to control the polisher...

With a truck, there are really only two large horizontal panels to be concerned with, the hood and the roof, (unless you have a painted hard Tonneau cover). For this reason, we only buffed-out and applied the NXT Tech Wax to the hoods on most of the trucks here on that day. By doing this, we could focus our attentions on the panel that takes a majority of the abuse, wear and tear, and is also typically the most scrutinized panel on the truck. This also allowed us to push more trucks through the garage in one day. This also provided plenty of time for members to get a good feel for the porter cable dual action polisher and a few other Meguiar’s products and producing professional results.

Here the owner of this truck uses a Meguiar's microfiber polishing bonnet to remove the NXT Tech Wax.
