  • pc and clear flaking off

I just discover my 98 millenia has been re sprayed. Some of the clear is flaking off the front edge of the front fenders. Its below the pin stripe and is about the size of a softball. I have not poilshed the car but wanted to put a cleaner and then a polish and then a sealer on it. Am I risking using the pc?

The D/A is safe enough to remove dead paint without going to deep. In no way will you be making it worse by using the D/A, go for it it will make removing the oxidation a lot easier and safer.

Just stay away from the area where the clear coat paint is flaking off.
