hi, ive been searching your forums for a while now about my problem but with no luck. i recently bought a used plastic headlights and one of them has it's clear coat peeled off (about 50%). so i wet sanded the headlight with 1500 then 2000 grit and use plastx (by hand). wet sanding removed all the clear coat but plastx wont work on the haziness (due to sanding) and sanding scratches. my question is, do you guys think applying clear coat on the headlights would be a good idea? if so, would any type of paint can, clear coat work? also, do you guys think i should sand the other headlight to match the other one? thanks
