I dont know if this is in the right spot but whatever. I just want to let everybody know about the great customer care offered by meguiars. a while back i was doing a customers truck and i had opened a brand new 8006 pad. well after a couple of minutes of polishing the pad ripped in a fashion as if you were to cut the crust off a pizza. well when i explained my situation to tim from megs cust care he offered to gladly replace it no questions asked. he didnt even want me to send the ripped pad back. i guess thats why theyve been on top since 1901, keep up the good work!
