Gallery HELP

i can't log into the gallery.

i am using FireFox and it doesn't work. so i log out using FireFox, open IE and then log in to the forums and then go to gallery, log in again but still nothing.

any ideas.

i have pics already posted but can't log in now.

please help. so frustrating.

Yes, we've had some gallery issues that usually have to do with your browser. The first thing you need to try is to physically delete your MOL cookies in both browsers.

Make sure when you do this that only one window is open and to be on the safe side, only one Tab is open. The for giggles close the browser and then open it again and check to make sure the cookie is deleted. (make sure MOL isn't your homepage or it will be there when you check, we use Google for a homepage).

Then try again.

Mike i got it to work.

not sure what i did.

closed both browsers. then open IE. deleted cookies, history, cache.

did that a few times. then one time it just worked.
