  • Spill....any hints of what it is and what can be done to fix

Hey all, this is my friends car

And this happened while he is at work

Anyone got any hints of what it could be that caused it? and the even bigger question....How can it be fixed?

    Thanks

Can't really tell from the pix. Is it on the surface, in the surface or under the surface?

        PC.

This is what my friend sent me....
          ------------
That is the strange thing about it
You are unable to feel a thing and if you look on a certain angle the Mark goes away as if it's under a clear coat I have another bonnet on it now so I will take it in and get some ideas I've tried buffing it out and nothing happens
Next thing that will happen is the boys in blue will stop me Because I have Two chrome Air filters sticking out of this bonnet because it is a tad modified
          ------------
So it looks like whatever has been pored on it or has landed on it between his arriving at work and him finishing has stained the paint without leaving a mark.
