  • Gold Class trim detailer vs. exterior trim detailer

I did a search and nothing really came up. SO, are these products different formulas or is one just in the aeresol form? If they are different, what are the differences?

Must be a new lable for the Gold Class Trim Detailer. I guess I have an older bottle from last year or so, but I like it. I cant imagine spraying foam along a bumper without it going everywhere, and if you are going to apply it to a cloth/pad first, I would still think the liquid is easier.

I do use All Season Dressing most of the time now though...

Its not really a foam that sprays. It is more of a liquid.

        Hey,

I have found that the Gold Class Trim Detailer liquid (more of a thin gel) is better for removing dried wax on the trim, leaving a nice finish in the process.

Exterior Trim Detailer Aerosol (clear liquid) works better on pre-prepped plastic finishes. Both leave a similar high gloss finish that I prefer to tone down slightly with a dedicated MF towel. The spray head has an adjustable fan shape that actually works. I find it perfect for dressing the cowl.

I have both and both work well BUT I prefer the 'gel' type products or something like All Season Dressing(as Murr mentioned) that can be applied with an applicator pad.

I like the gold class trim detailer better. So i could use Gold Class trim detailer on all the trim i have access to and hit the hard to reach trim with the Exterior trim detailer?
