  • Gilmour Foam Gun

The Gilmour Foam Gun is extremely useful. I got it yesterday and today I got my samples of car wash soap from ADS. I tried out Super Soap in the foam gun and I was amazed. Nice layer of foam over the car for a cheap soap. I cant wait to try out the others. Ill also get pics of it in action once it warms up a bit. This foam gun is my second favorite detailing tool next to the PC

I had been thinking about getting one, now I may have too. Any pics of your foamy car?
You left out licking the water off. Oh, wait a minute, that's my cat, not my car. Uh, I mean my cat licks himself dry. I don't lick my cat dry. Or my car. -PC.

I think I'm getting lured into this foam gun thing too. I dunno, just sorta looks like a fun way to wash a car!

I think its really worth it. I used Super Soap and you all should know that its a pretty cheap soap to get. It foamed nicely. Ill get pics later on when it warms up. I think I have every Meguiar's soap except DC Car wash, Soft Gel, and The Hi-Tech Wash. I have all the other ones and Im gonna do a test and see which one is the best

Can't wait for the results. It sounds like I need another toy in my arsenal.

Dont bother with Hi-Tec Wash... its non-foaming...

I know, which is why I dont have it lol. I always assumed its used for when wetsanding because thats the wash thats always recommended. If anyone wants to send me Soft Gel or DC Car wash (dont see the point because Super Soap is cheaper) then feel free to. I can test it out if you want. Now all we have to do is wait for a nice somewhat warm day and we are in action
