Hyper Dressing can be diluted to four different levels of shine.

new formula as in improve in durability ? Will this thing be available in Malaysia ? Does it come in 1 gallon form ?

This new Water Based Dressing RTU (55 gallon drum size only) is specifically formulated for the car wash industry, or high volume dressing users that prefer a product that doesn't require mixing and spreads/applies quickly on tires.

If you are a happy Hyper Dressing user, I would suggest staying with that fine product...unless you buy by the drum, then the Water Based Dressing RTU is another option for you to try.
