Does oxidation or UV damage cause the age and cloudy look in old plastic? I know 10 polish would help with oxidation put what could provide UV protection?

Both oxidation and Uv damage cause it. Once the Uv protection is gone there is no getting it back. A product like Plastix will clean the surface and may put a little protection on there but no where near as much.01 Tacoma 4x4 X/C V6 Imperial Jade

I use NXT on all my lenses. It might offer a little more UV protection that Plast-X.

I wax all of my light lenses while I am waxing the car. Keeps them looking great!
