I tried a few times to reply to Rennys post in the introduction forum. After I click post it comes up and says that my post needs to be approved first. I thought maybe it was just a glitch so I've tried a few times over the past half hour or so and no luck.

I'm having this same problem...my posts don't show up for like 10 minutes some times...it says they wont be visible until a moderator approves them?
