We've heard other departments discuss this for www.Meguiar.com but not really for the forum.
Actually, this forum is kind of already like "Life Chat", at least when there's someone behind their computer answering questions.

Yes we need a Chat room. Mike this is more of a forum, it's not completely "Instant"
like AIM or something.
I am sure our educators would be overwhelmed with the amount of questions, but think a Live Chat room, or even if Mike would get on Webcam on stickam or something would be amazing.Matt
