Getting ready to order a gallon of hyper dressing but I wanted to know if it is silicone free? Can I use it any where? Besides clear plastic

I do not believe it is body shop safe, so it likely does have silicones in it. But that only affects a body shop environment, not someone working on their car in the driveway.
