    Nope. Pidgin has been around for quite some time already.
    Pidgin used to be called GAIM (for Linux). Around two years ago, they renamed it to Pidgin (Win and Linux).

          If I use anything, it is iChat. Although I do have a Skype account, but I don't actually use it..

            I have finally just been using MSN messenger and now that facebook has a messenger. Back in the day I was using AOL and skype, all of the above pretty much

              I think the last IMing I did was at least 3 years ago.

                    i use MSN/Windows Live, AOL/AIM, Yahoo, Skype.
