Which link isn't working,
I went to the www.meguiars.com homepage and both links to the FAQ worked for me?

It was the link on http://www.meguiarsonline.com/ at the bottom. I also tried it today from the office without success.

My mistake, when you posted the link to the FAQ wasn't working, I automatically thought of the www.Meguiars.com homepage, not the www.MeguiarsOnline.com homepage
Your right, the links at the bottom of the MeguiarsOnline.com homepage have never worked. They show up by default, but we never got around to coding them.
I'll see if I can't get that rolling today. I usually have enough going on that I forget about those buttons.
