The SVT Cobra Mustang Club's 2008 National Event and celebration of the SVT Cobra's 15th anniversary will be held at Virginia International Raceway in Danville, Virginia on May 30 - June 1, 2008.
The event consists of three days of open track with in car instruction available, a Saturday Mustang and Ford Show, and a Saturday night banquet. The open track portion of this event is a school with in car instruction where you can safely drive your car the way it was built to be driven. Car show participants will get to take their car on track during lunch for "parade laps". The banquet will feature guest speaker David Vizard, author and MMFF writer.
Team Shelby will also be at the event with a selection of their cars for display and for taking charity rides on the track.
