  • What's better on tires?

Was looking to purchase some new products from the Detailer line.I was wondering what works best on tires for shine and will last. All season dressing or silicone free dressing? Any help is much appreciated Thanks Ken

I think that the Hyper dressing would be the perfect product to use onto your tires.. It has different dilutions for different levels of shine..

The All Season Dressing will be your best choice since your looking for shine as well as durabilty. It's great for any exterior plastic or rubber surfaces, weather the surface is new or old. It

As for the other 2 products:

Silicone Free Dressing is ideal for a silicone sensitive environment (such as a body shop). The results are fantastic. Keep in mind though, silicone free dressings are not intended to be the most durable products (beacuse of the lack of silicone). Their formulation fullfills a specific need in certain environments.

Hyper Dressing is a water based dressing. It's best feature is it's versatility. It can be diluted to different levels of gloss, from a natural gloss to high gloss. It can be used on interior or exterior surfaces.

Hyper dressing is great but I just found out it doesn't like rain... It's still a great all around dressing and I love the look of the interior of the car.

Water based products in general, do not hold up against weathering that well. They are commonly used on the interior surfaces, but can be used on the exterior as well, it just may not last as long.

All season dressing, no question about it if you want a long lasting dressing. It goes on then dries hard and lasts and lasts.

Anything in the water based category is not going to last once it comes in to contact with water. These are more for interior use, but I do use it on the exterior of my car occasionally.

Thanks for the product info... I was trying to find one dressing to use on most surfaces as a way to keep costs down and be a bit more efficient. The hyper dressing on the exterior was more of a wishful test. I will try the all season when I order agian. Thanks again for the help!!
