for what its worth. My local Target has carried it for over 2 years, that I know of.

I was in my local Target this weekend and saw it there, too. I have not seen it at any of the other retail stores either. I also saw that the carry the Gold Class Wheel Cleaner.

Another good vinyl/rubber product you might want to try is the Megs Natural Shine. Ive tried it and I like it alot.
