I'm no expert with Meguiars products but my suggestion would be for starting out:

Gold Class Shampoo, Smooth Surface Clay Kit, and NXT2.

    Re: Newbie here

Thank you for the warm welcome

Here is my shopping list as suggested

    1. gOLD cAR wASH
    2. Smooth Surface Clay Kit
    3. NXT 2.0 (this is quite pricey)
    4. Color X.

Called the retailer and they do not have a Surface clay kit though.

Alright let's make it 6 products now. Any more suggestions

Time now for the obvious questions...

    What are you working on?
    What condition is it in?
What are your car care goals?

    And... Welcome to Meguiar's' Online!

You just heard of Meguiars? No offense but how? It's prob one of the biggest names out there for years when it comes to car wash and wax.

    What are you working on?

Bought a second hand Honda Civic EX Silverstone color

    What condition is it in?

Well maintained in terms of exterior and interior

What are your car care goals?

I want to keep it that way. I want to make the car ALWAYS look like new!

You just heard of Meguiars? No offense but how?

I've heard of it way before. I just realized that since I own my car, i want it to be treated the best. My dad uses the "reptile" wax.
