I just wanted to know because I used the DC #1 over the weekend and it left a slight haze here and there. It also seemed to be very hard removing with a plush cloth so I used the microfiber. I have to put sealant on it today but I was just wondering. I was thinking about throwing it away.

Re: How can you tell if your Product has went Bad
I did the complete vehicle. Then I did the swipe test and it came clear. I went around the whole vehicle in the same direction that I applied the dc #1. I had it under a tree to keep the paint cool after washing and drying as well. I moved it into the sun light and noticed it seemed to have a slight haze. Kind of like the product didn't come completely off in certain places.

I was asking this because it was a black GL450 for which the paint has been swirled very badly in a short amount of time. I was applying this by hand as well. The owner told me someone came to her job and washed it on a regular basis but it looked as though care was not taking as needed. Also this is black vehicle so in the sun the swirls jumped at me.

Remember, please do a Test Spot with any product or pad or process and make sure you can make one small area look good before going over the entire car. This will save you time and heartache.

Thank you! I was kind of pressed for time as I moved into the paint cleaner but I will study the links you gave so i can better inform my customers on what needs to be done as well as est. time frame. -
Question - since I did let it dry - should I use some DC soap to completely remove it? I also have some solvent that I can use to clean it off. I really only use it for tough tar or sap.
