Avatar: Invalid File

While trying to upload a custom avatar via hard drive or Internet URL, I keep getting the message "Invalid File". I meet the requirements of pixel width and size, so I don't know what's the problem!

Any ideas?

Correct. Ross looked into the problem found some kind of issue and fixed it, so we're good to go.
