Can someone please help me here. I clayed then put on 21 with a clean 9006 pad. Everything looked great then i took the car out there were streaks every where.The car is black bty, Should i wash again then try d 151.?

Try a quik detailer if you have one. If not washing the car would be the way to go.quality creates its own demandComment

The streaks sound like the wax didn't cure before wiping.
Make sure to do the Swipe Test and Final Wiping Techniques
I ran into very minor streaks and realized I put too much wax on and it wasn't fully cured.
Depending on where you live, the wax may take longer to cure (High Humidity for instance).
Give that a shot.
Edit: Make sure you put on a THIN coating of wax, too much and you run into streaks
