Poor results using gold class wax
I just sent a message about waxing my car this morning.
I went to your web site to get recommendations to detail my 7 year old Toyota Avalon. I went through the question and answer about my expectations. I purchased the products recommended except the wax which was not available.
The car looked great after all the prep work. I waxed the car this morning with Gold Class Liquid Wax and the finish came our smeared or spotty. It looks like the wax did not go on evenly. I applied the wax by hand using the pad provided in the box and removed the film using microfiber cloths.
I do not remember the type of wax you recommended in the questionaire but the type began with a "C".
What did I do incorrectly and what can be done to get an even shine?
