I like the profile (although the wheel well gap, especially at the rear, needs to be closed up a bit - BMWs always have such a nice stance, why can't this little pony?) and I really like the front end, primarily the drop at the front of the hood.
Can't say I'm all that thrilled with the tail end though, and I really don't care for the black plastic cladding on the rocker panels and rear lower fascia - that stuff is a bugger to keep looking good.
The interior looks pretty nice, actually, and I like how the gauges do a nice mix of retro looks with modern lighting touches.
All in all I think it's a pretty nice update to the current model, which I always thought was good looking ride.

I am going to have to buy one. Absolutly gorgeous . The back end is all right and the bottom of the bumper where the black plastic is, needs to go but I bet some after market companies will sell panited versions of that black plastic. I will take it in Grabber blue. which is a smart idea to bring back that color.

Agreed on all accounts. Rocker panels being plastic really kill it IMO. Wait a year and they will have a package with paint I bet...
Here's a "real" Mustang... would hold it's value, would get "real" respect and it's technology a regular "Car Guy" could turn a wrench on and have fun with.
#12310 - 1967 Mustang Convertible 6 Cylinder AT - It was restored several years ago It has been garaged and is only driven in nice weather. Everything works on this car and it drives very well.
Over time this would be so much more fun to own, drive and wash and wax then anything built after 1973...
Plus you would never have to restore plastic headlights...

I agree if you are going spend that kind of money go for the old. The older cars are always a head turner. Which is why if I ever hit the lottery I am going to have a SUPERBIRD. That is the most AWESOME car.
A 65 Fastback A-Code would not be too bad. Speaking of the 2010 Mustang....who else is going to the LA Auto Show? Its the 21-30. Lexus will have their convertible IS, Infiniti convertible G37, Mustang, etc...
I know I'm going to get bashed for this, but after driving the 2008 Hyundai Genesis 4.6 Sedan, I can't wait for the V6 Coupe thats supposed to have 300hp and RWD. I hope they still have that seein the current economic situation.

Exactly right!
