Scratch X 2.0 Capability

Hey guys,

Quick Question.

The thought crossed my mind today while sitting in school how long it takes some people to remove minor swirls with ScratchX on a whole car/truck by hand

With Scratch X 2.0 in stores now, Do you think it would take less time to remove minor/mild swirls by hand using 2.0 on a whole car/truck

What do you guys think, does 2.0 save time when working on a whole car compared to 1.0

I would think it would since it is new and improved.
But I do not know from experience.

I think the time would be the same, but you would reduce more swirls.

ScratchX 2.0 is a significant update to the product and there is no doubt that, when doing a straight up comparison between ScratchX and ScratchX 2.0, the new 2.0 will perform the same task in less time, or perform more correction in the same amount of time. Make sense?

okay, i get it, its improved in a couple of areas

Not just improved, completely changed. It's a lot more aggressive yet finishes out clear and glossy.

When you get a chance, find a swirled out paint panel and test them side by side using a foam applicator pad by hand. Pay attention to how long you work the surface and how much pressure you use, try to keep everything the same.

It will remove swirls faster, with less work and less applications than ScratchX 1.0
