  • Ultimate Quick Wax Question...

Does this do anything for hiding light marring? I have a black daily driver, and I've accepted it won't be PERFECT, but close. If this hides at all, I'm all over it!

I believe it uses some fillers to even out the appearance. I'm sure others will chime in, but since you are not using any type of abrasives to remove defects (i.e. paint) then you would just hide them. Also, UQW has been seen to darken the paint.

I can't say that from a chemical point of view that it has fillers, but it definitly helps mask some defects and provides a very glossy and dark finish.

I'm sure you won't be disappointed if you get some!!

I would use NXT 2.0 first on the car for really light marring then use the UQW to maintain it.
