  • Wheel cleaning while they are still on the car...

How do you folks get the inside of the wheels so clean while they are still on the vehicle? Looking for a method here. Also, what products do you use? I bought some Meguiars Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner, and was actually disappointed with the performance, for the first time with a Megs product. I have no problem getting the face of the wheel looking nice, just have trouble with the inside of the wheel....

Try using the SM Arnold Spoke Wheel Brush:

With the wheel AWC did you spray it on a dry wheel or wet wheel? If it was wet then it may have not been able to work to its full potential. Also make sure you let it sit long enough, but not too long. What are your wheels made out of?

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

    I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
    Remove swirls my friends.

It was on a dry wheel. Just a painted alloy wheel. Maybe I need to agitate it more? I let it sit for 30 seconds.

On my car I have standard hubcaps lol.

take the wheel off... take a total of maybe 10 min to take off all the wheels and put them back on... I do it like every 3rd detail I do.

That isn't always a possibility on other people's cars.
