I was wondering if you have replacement spouts for your 5 gallon jugs. The spout on my 5 gallon jug of APC+ has cracked and it leaks everywhere. I called the Customer Service Hot Line but they told me there isnt anything they could do and I needed to contact the place I got it. Please let me know if these spouts are replaceable.

Maybe there is some confusion. We have a spout for the 1 gallon D-line products and a faucet for the 5 gallon D-line products. Do you mean the faucet? If so we do sell them...

Yes.....the faucet. My bad. The ring that the faucet goes into is cracked. Is it possible to get one of those?If its fast, loud, and runs on a flammable liquid...count me in.Comment
