When would I use one or the other, M34 or M135?

I use the Final Inspection (M34) to prime buffing pads only...M135 for typical Quik Detailer uses.

Also you should use #34 to remove light dust before any paint correction steps.

For claying, #34 would be preferable. #135 is too slick for claying IMHO.

For fresh, uncured paint #34 should be used instead of #135 since it is body shop safe.

To maintain a waxed surface I would go with #135 for the increased gloss and slickness.

I use M34 for quick detailing kinda like waterless wash on my car. M135 I use it after a wash like a spray wax type. As I want to fully utilize the Hydrophobic water beading on my car's paint.

yup same as me here. M34 to prime buffing pads or even applicator foam and M135 for quik detailing.
