    and Bumpers.

    I just got a 1992 Pontiac Grand Prix SE, the car is Red.

    The body Panel around the wheel wells and the front and rear bumper have on the top side what looks to be faded red paint with a white haze edge or border that seems like residue from a glaze( I can actually flake it off slithly with my fingernail.

    It transitions back to the nice bright red on all other areas of the Panels and Bumpers.

    I had some Meguiar's Cleaner Wax and tried a small area and the red oxidation came off on the applicator but the haze returned.

    I will post a image soon but until then what steps would be needed to restore these areas?
