    HELP! My DA polisher stopped working :(

    Can someone help me please! For some reason my G110 DA polisher stopped working I was using it on speed 5 with the ultra cut compound..out of no where the motor stopped working. I checked all the plugs and even tried to plug the DA polisher into another outlet but nothing worked. I have no clue why the polisher stopped, doesnt work on any of the speeds.

      Would I have to send it to them to get it fixed or would they send me a new one? I went to check up on the machine again, and it seemed to work for a very brief second or two. But it would only work when I shake the Da polisher, seems like something might be loose but then again it seemed like it permanently died.

        Your going to have to send it back, they'll send you a new one.
        Unfortunately your not the only one with this problem.

          oh wow that stinks..you dont happen to know Meguiar's estimated time of replacement do you? I have a couple of photoshots to do and I need my ride finished.

            Your warranty is good for one year from date of purchase, although Meguiars customer care is very good about these issues. If you are substantially beyond one year on your G110, this thread may provide some insight and possible fix ideas. But please talk to Meguiars first before attempting any repair: G110 Failure

                It takes about 2 weeks. At least that was the timeframe for me. You send it back. 4 days for standard shipping for me. Meguiars checks it out. 1-2 days. They notify the factory, they ship it to you. There is a couple of more days.

                So within 2 weeks you should have your new machine.
